JILL KINTNER - Slalom 1st

“ It was interesting to see a more natural build to the slalom course this year with off-camber grass turns, ruts, and fewer man made sections. The racing was difficult because of the traction and rewarded control. Slalom is my favorite event, and I try to be better and better each year, regardless of what I have done in the past. It feels great to win such a big event in front of so many people! Thank you to sponsors who make it possible to do this:).”

JILL KINTNER - DH 1st

“ The Sea Otter “DH” is always pretty funny as it’s a fairly simple trail to ride on a short travel trail bike, but the simplicity is also what makes it difficult as a race. There are a lot of subtleties that create big time margins between riders. Having raced here a few times was definitely an advantage, so I felt good about my preparation and speed, and even beat my time by a bit from last year. The Norco Sight proved to be the right bike for the job.”
